I vaguely recall someone saying they did this back when your hosting company was having issues with keeping my sites up. While I don't condone anyone bothering tech support with inane comments, OR the obnoxious tone of the messages - I still find it very creepy that you've publicized a Tech Support convo, have left in my website names, and have left in my name. The whole thing feels pretty... amoral. :\ I don't know if I should send a complaint to the company or what. But as I say, I don't condone the questioner's tone. Ouch.
